Rhumby provides regatta management and race scoring services. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account

• Use the platform in compliance with applicable laws
• Not engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with our services
• Not use automated systems to access the platform without permission

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

Event Registration and Payments

When registering for events:

• Registration fees are set by event organizers
• Payment processing is handled securely through our payment provider
• Refund policies are determined by individual event organizers
• You are responsible for ensuring your registration information is accurate

Race Committee Responsibilities

If you organize events using Rhumby:

• You are responsible for your event's compliance with sailing regulations
• You must handle participant data in accordance with privacy laws
• You are responsible for refunds and customer service for your events
• You agree to our service fees and payment terms

Intellectual Property

The Rhumby platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Rhumby and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform without permission.

Limitation of Liability

Rhumby provides the platform "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to registration errors, scoring disputes, or event cancellations.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in conduct that we deem harmful to our platform or other users.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of Rhumby after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
